Marty was Carl Malamud's first hire when he started the Internet
Multicasting Service in Washington, DC in 1993. With IMS, he helped
pioneer audio programming on the Internet and was a content producer for
the Internet
1996 World's Exposition. His interests include electronic music and natural areas restoration.
Marty received his AB degree with distinction from Indiana University,
Bloomington in 1977 and a JD from Indiana University Law School,
Bloomington in 1980. He was
licensed to practice before the Supreme Court of Indiana since 1980.
